Spinal Cord Stimulator Trial-Insertion of electrodes in Epidural Space to find correct

Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant-Insertion of electrodes and battery into epidural space to
                                                          ease chronic and debilitating pain
Breast Reduction-Removal of excessive breast tissue
Myringotomy with Tube Insertion-Implantation of tubes into ear
Breast Biopsy-Removal of mass in breast
Hernia Repair- Umbilical, Ventral, Inguinal Repair of weakness in abdominal wall, may repaired 
                            using mesh, and may be repaired using a laparoscopic or an open approach
Bunionectomy-Removal of bunions
Cataract Removal-Removal of lens and implantation of prosthetic lens in eye
Hysterectomy-Removal of uterus; may include removal of fallopian tubes & ovaries
