CPD/SCRUB TECHNICIAN

POSITION:                            Part Time – 48 hours per pay period

HOURS:                                 Day shift hours with on-call time commitment required

            QUALIFICATIONS:            

            Must be a graduate from a surgical technologist program

Certification preferred

            Experience as a CPD tech required
           
Experience as a scrub technologist required           
           
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills           
           
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills           
           
Must have strong organizational skills           
           
Must be a team player and dependable           
           
Must conduct self in a professional ma
nner with superiorsphysicians and peers
            BCLS certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire

OR Circulator/PACU – RNEaton Rapids Medical Center has an opening for an On-Call (Casual) Circulator for the Outpatient Surgical Unit.  This position is needed for Day Shift hours and will vary to accommodate the surgery schedule.  Experience as an OR Circulator and in Phase One Recovery Room is required.  The applicant must have a current Michigan RN License, BCLS Certification, ACLS and PALS.  This position requires someone who has proven to be dependable, well organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to perform under highly stressful situations.

This position is offered with an additional On-Call rate of $3.00/hour.

Laboratory Technologist -  Full Time, 72 hours per pay, 2nd shift including some weekends and holidays

Description:  Perform routine clinical lab analysis and specimen collection: hematology, urinalysis, immunology, blood gas analysis, blood banking, chemistry, coagulation, serology, therapeutic and drug abuse screening.  Perform various specimen collection procedures on all age patients.  Possess excellent communication and people skills.  Comply with CLIA, CMS and Joint Commission guidelines and regulations.

Requirements: B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science (Medical Technology);  ASCP or equivalent certification required.  2-3 years experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
